Chocolate and cream choux puffs

I have been wanting to make some chocolate and cream choux puffs for a while now but was a little apprehensive about how they would turn out as I have never made them before. I kept the ingredients really simple for this recipe, and would highly recommend using the Just Free self raising flour from Lidl. I have been using this for many of my cakes and sweet treats for a while now and I have to say it is one of my favourite flours to use. The Just Free range is good, and I use the plain flour too.

Healthy Greek Pitta’s

Greek Pitta breads are not only easy peasy to make, but they can be a great on the go snack, or for lunch or dinner! They are filling too, and you can have lots of fun creating new and exciting fillings! I used the Genius pitta bread with chicken, peppers, greek yoghurt, fried halloumi and salad!

Chocolate Christmas cake featuring Betty Crocker cake mix to make a christmas chocolate cake! This chocolate cake is so easy, you can make it in a jiffy! This is perfect when you don’t have time to get all the bits and bobs for a cake, but it will still be delicious! I have used Betty Crockers gluten free cake mix a number of times, so can happily say that this mix is a good one!

Did someone say Christmas cake? Yes Christmas Pudding Chocolate Cake that is super yummy, moist, chocolatey, gooey and free from gluten! This is a super easy recipe that I saw in LIDL and transformed it into my own gluten free creation! This is a great recipe that you can use year round. Instead of Christmas puddings, you could create something for birthdays or other occasions!

Greek yoghurt and lychee cake

Greek yoghurt and lychee cake to add some exotic-ness into your life! Yoghurt cake or Yiaourtopita is a traditional cake made with yoghurt instead of milk. There are variations of the recipe, but I kept it simple. I decided to add some tinned lychees to this recipe, but you could use other tinned fruit like mandarins or peaches.
