I have used Betty Crockers gluten free cake mix a number of times, so can happily say that this mix is a good one!

Greek yoghurt and lychee cake to add some exotic-ness into your life! Yoghurt cake or Yiaourtopita is a traditional cake made with yoghurt instead of milk. There are variations of the recipe, but I kept it simple. I decided to add some tinned lychees to this recipe, but you could use other tinned fruit like mandarins or peaches.
