As we are now in autumn, I thought that I would put together a blog post about my beauty favourites of 2017! My skin and my hair were crying out for my help and I needed to rescue them. So here are the products that I have been using!
Eat your greens! They are good for you! I always try and use greens in my cooking as much as I can. Asparagus is packed with vitamins and minerals as well as iron, calcium, protein and fibre. Courgettes are low calorie and contain no saturated fats or cholesterol and have many benefits including improving digestion.
I recently got in touch with a company called FoodAdvisr who have created an app where you can scan products when you are out and about and according to your selected intolerances, will give you a run down of the ingredients so you can see before purchasing. This week I tried out the app. Here are my thoughts!
I am back with a Greek travel post from the beautiful island of Crete! I spent 12 glorious days soaking up the sunshine in Crete. This was my first time travelling to Crete and as always, had so much to explore!
This cheese and spinach plait is perfect warm or cold and is very filling so could easily make a tasty option for lunch.
Is it time for tea? Oh I do love a Victoria sponge cake. One of my very first cakes that I made when I was first diagnosed with coeliac disease was a Victoria sponge. Some people just add jam to their Victoria sponge cake, but I use jam and cream. I also brought out the mad hatter teapot because I couldn't enjoy my tea and cake without him!
