Mango Ice Cream Featuring Pago

mango ice cream

I have teamed up once again with Pago Fruit Juice to bring you a delicious and easy homemade mango ice cream! I was kindly sent a box full of my choice of juices to try. I opted for mango as it’s so fresh and summery. Pago have recently given their branding a bit of a spruce up.

For those that don’t know about Pago Fruit Juice, Pago was a family affair, founded in 1888 by Austrian Jakob Pagitz and his brother Franz. Always keeping to values, Pago has always offered a unique fruity experience and fast forward to 1989, the green glass bottle was born! In the UK you will find Pago Premium Fruit Juice in bars, restaurants, cafés, and delis.

Pago juices are only produced from natural ingredients, sourced from the best producers in the world.

There is a wide range of Pago Juice flavours available including:

Cloudy Apple
Cloudy Cherry
Multi-vitamin Tropical
ACE (Orange, Carrot, and Lemon)
Rhubarb & Pear
Mango & Passionfruit

From my last Pago offering, I made a fizzy pop fruity drink and as I don’t normally make ice cream, I thought I would give it a go!

To make my mango ice cream, all you need is double cream, tinned mangos, Pago Fruit Juice and a blender!

Here’s how to make the recipe below!
