Last weekend I attended the annual Allergy and Free From show 2019 in London with my mum. With my lanyard and special badge in tow, I grabbed a few goodies before heading to the free from corner where I was given a time slot to read my recently self published book ‘Celia’s Coeliac Story’.
For those who have never heard or visited the Allergy and Free From Show, it is one of the big events that take place in London, Liverpool and Glasgow. There is a lot to do at the show, from watching live demonstrations, bagging lots of goodies as well as fun stuff for the kids such as the ‘free from corner’. The Free From corner allows exhibitors to entertain and inform, whether it is storytelling, live puppet shows or baking! The Free From stalls range from big brands such as Asda, Schar, Genius and Warbutons gluten free to smaller independent brands. The show isn’t just limited to food stalls, you will also find beauty and lifestyle stalls too so it really does cater for all!
