Mango Ice cream

Delicious mango ice cream using pago fruit juice!

Ingredients

  • 300ml double cream
  • 2 tinned mangos in syrup
  • 1 mango pago fruit juice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add the double cream and 2 tins of mangos and the syrup and the pago fruit juice. Save some of the mango segments to chop up into little pieces for the top.

  2. Pour in a plastic tupperware and spread the remaining segments of mangos over the top.

  3. Place to freeze overnight.

  4. Enjoy!
