View PostI was recently sent 4 of the latest nature’s path cereals to try and so I wanted to share my thoughts! I am already a fan of the Mesa Sunrise cereal and the crunchy Os. If you haven’t heard of Nature’s Path, then here is a little information. Natures path was founded in Vancouver, and are North America’s largest organic cereal producer producing many gluten free products. They state that ‘freefrom needn’t be taste free’. They are absolutely right, as I certainly don’t want to be munching on something that tastes like cardboard!
Leadbelly’s Bar and Kitchen in London is the perfect space for a relaxed eating and drinking experience. I visited last month with my fellow gluten free pals. The restaurant, located in Canada Water, offers a vast menu, which is 98% gluten free!
Valentine’s Dessert! Here is my delicious Valentine’s Day chocolate, raspberry and cherry mousse torte dessert that is simply divine! Impress your loved ones or friends with this simple and fun recipe. Trust me, they won’t be disappointed!
I have taken part in the NOT GUILTY BLOG TOUR 2018, where throughout January, bloggers will share their posts and reviews on recipes taken from inspirational Chef Mick Élysée’s new cookbook!
Custard Pie! You asked, I listened! A lot of people have been asking me for a Galaktoboureko (γαλακτομπούρεκο) recipe, which is a Greek dessert consisting of semolina custard in filo. Now unfortunately I cannot make anything with filo, as it is not gluten free and trying to get the same consistency of filo using gluten free ingredients is incredibly difficult. So this is my version of a custard pie. It is not too sweet, and not as heavy as a traditional Galaktoboureko.
