I always enjoy supporting local companies and seeing such great quality products being created right on my doorstep. Tappd have featured on lots of cool shows over the past few months including my favourite daytime TV show, This Morning.
These cocktails are hand crafted and are Gluten free, vegan, and free from any artificial flavours and preservatives. The finest ingredients are carefully selected to create ready to serve cocktails that can be enjoyed by you anytime, anywhere. The bottles are cute in size too!
Box availability and Pricing
The cocktails are available as single flavour packs of 6 and 12 or you can personalise your ready to drink cocktail box with mixed boxes of 6 or 12. You can get a mixed box of 6 for £16.80 or a box of 12 for £29.99 making it under £3 per bottle which I think is very reasonable.
Cocktail Flavours
Pina Colada
If you like Pina Colada’s…Think Pirates of the Caribbean and you’re pretty much set to go. The Pina Colada is blended drink from Puerto Rico and is a mix of pineapple, coconut and rum!
Sex on the Beach
This cocktail always reminds me of the song by T-Spoon. With the fruity flavours of juicy fresh orange, pineapple and a double shot of our distilled vodka and peach schnapps.
Pornstar Martini
The Pornstar Martini is one of the UK’s famous cocktails. If you are a fan of vanilla and passionfruit, then this may be the one for you! Blended with passion is the passionfruit, vanilla and a double shot of Tappd’s craft distillery vodka.
Espresso Martini
Have a go with the espresso! This classic with a modern twist is sure to be on the lost for many! If the fresh arabica and medium roasted cherries with chocolate don’t make you feel all cosy, then I don’t know what will!
Mojito
Do you want to feel the minty freshness? With luscious lime and garden mint, this tingly, refreshing cocktail can be jazzed up in anyway you like! This cocktail is also infused with rum. Real lime and fresh garden mint expertly infused with a double shot of rum.
Strawberry Daiquiri
It may be the end of summer, but that doesn’t mean you can’t feel summery inside! With the perfect blend of sumptuous strawberries, fresh lime and rum, the strawberry daquiri cocktail is one of my favourites!
What were my thoughts?
I thought that these cocktails were all expertly blended and bursting with flavours that brought me to the tropical islands! My favourites out of the bunch were definitely the Strawberry Daquiri and Sex on the Beach as I am definitely a fruity cocktail girl at heart! Overall I would give all the cocktails together an 8/10. My least favourite was the espresso martini as I am not a coffee person at all so it was not to my taste and the mojito as I do not really like mint in a drink, but it was refreshing!
What could be improved?
I liked the packaging as it is very clear to consumers. The bottle sizes were perfect for me and easy to store. I would like to see some more fruity flavours incorporated like watermelon or kiwi!
