It’s time to start the year afresh and make sure that your body is getting all the healthy ingredients it needs! So here’s a fruity smoothie to start your January off to a happy healthy start!
You will need:
Handful of blueberries
1 Chopped apple
1 or 2 Kiwi fruit
Handful of grapes
What to do:
Chuck it all in and blitz in your blender! Simples!
Obviously this is a fruity tutty one but you can add whatever you like! Maybe add some kale or some chia seeds as well to give you even more of a boost!
