The company, founded by Karen Cappetta is based in the UK and produces ready to go gourmet cookie dough that is not only gluten free, but also egg free, dairy free, nut free, wheat free and vegan so it caters for all! I chose this company as I wanted to see just how all these organic ingredients, also free from hydrogenated oils, additives, preservatives and anything artificial would taste! Currently, there are three flavours available: chocolate chip, chocolate fudge and ginger and spice.
