Once egg has been beaten in, add the mashed banana and the yoghurt to the mixture and the sultanas/chocolate chips if you are adding them.
Add the flour and baking powder to the bowl, a little at a time, folding in the flour. Make sure everything is mixed well.
Pour the mixture into 2 loaf tins and place in the middle shelf of oven at 160°C and bake for 45 to 50 mins. You may want to cover it with foil for the first half of baking, and then uncover.
