Easy meals with Spicentice

I have a bit of a love hate relationship with spices. Some spices are just too much and…

Olive Branch Food

Olive Branch Food is brought to you by Maria Koinaki and Kamil. Maria hails from the beautiful island of Crete, and together with Maria’s father Yiannis, they make their own Olive Oil on their farm in Crete. Everything good comes from Greece (ok, I am a little biased but it’s true!) Their products include a selection of mezes, tapenade, greek olive oil, delicious biscuits, gift tubes, olives and more!

Nature’s Path New Cereal!

I was recently sent 4 of the latest nature’s path cereals to try and so I wanted to share my thoughts! I am already a fan of the Mesa Sunrise cereal and the crunchy Os. If you haven’t heard of Nature’s Path, then here is a little information. Natures path was founded in Vancouver, and are North America’s largest organic cereal producer producing many gluten free products. They state that ‘freefrom needn’t be taste free’. They are absolutely right, as I certainly don’t want to be munching on something that tastes like cardboard!

Arabian Nights with Aladdin

I booked for a Friday night stay at London Tower Hotel and an evening show of Aladdin. Breakfast was included in the price for £179 each for the hotel and the theatre show through travelzoo. I have seen quite a lot of musicals over the years, so was intrigued to see how this show would compare to the others that I have seen.

Barley Cup Instant Drink Review

I recently worked with BarleyCup, which is an instant cereal drink made from natural ingredients. Their products are gluten free, vegan and caffeine free! I was interested to try these as an alternative to my usual cups of tea! I conducted a little experiment with some ladies from my dance class as well as family members to see whether they could taste any difference to their usual hot beverages.
