This is a super easy recipe that I saw in LIDL and transformed it into my own gluten free creation! This is a great recipe that you can use year round. Instead of Christmas puddings, you could create something for birthdays or other occasions!
I have been cooking with sweet potato and courgettes a heck of a lot recently. Courgettes and sweet potato can be used and adapted in so many recipes. I thought I would try making some healthy fritters. They are gluten free, wheat free and can be dairy free if you use an alternative to the natural Greek yoghurt. This is a nice recipe to make for young children to introduce them to some new foods.
I was recently sent 4 of the latest nature’s path cereals to try and so I wanted to share my thoughts! I am already a fan of the Mesa Sunrise cereal and the crunchy Os. If you haven’t heard of Nature’s Path, then here is a little information. Natures path was founded in Vancouver, and are North America’s largest organic cereal producer producing many gluten free products. They state that ‘freefrom needn’t be taste free’. They are absolutely right, as I certainly don’t want to be munching on something that tastes like cardboard!
