I was recently sent 4 of the latest nature’s path cereals to try and so I wanted to share my thoughts! I am already a fan of the Mesa Sunrise cereal and the crunchy Os. If you haven’t heard of Nature’s Path, then here is a little information. Natures path was founded in Vancouver, and are North America’s largest organic cereal producer producing many gluten free products. They state that ‘freefrom needn’t be taste free’. They are absolutely right, as I certainly don’t want to be munching on something that tastes like cardboard!
Gift ideas for her? You have come to the right place! These gifts are ideal for christmas and birthdays if you are a bit stuck for ideas! I was pleased with these gifts so I am sure other girls and ladies will be too! But then again, I am pleased if someone buys me gluten free biscuits!!

Custard Pie! You asked, I listened! A lot of people have been asking me for a Galaktoboureko (γαλακτομπούρεκο) recipe, which is a Greek dessert consisting of semolina custard in filo. Now unfortunately I cannot make anything with filo, as it is not gluten free and trying to get the same consistency of filo using gluten free ingredients is incredibly difficult. So this is my version of a custard pie. It is not too sweet, and not as heavy as a traditional Galaktoboureko.
