Spring is here at last, dreary winter’s past! (I sing from the top of my lungs). It’s almost Easter! We know what that means…. Easter eggs! (as well as lots of other easter treats!) So here is a helpful hand to show you some gluten-free easter eggs that you can purchase straight from the shelves or online!
Last weekend I spent a lovely Saturday afternoon savouring the delights of Beyond Bread Bakery’s first ever afternoon tea selection. Beyond Bread Bakery opened its doors earlier this year in London’s Fitzrovia. Behind the scenes is a team of experts and bakers who not only have years of experience, research and credibility, but who constantly challenge the status quo by exploring and experimenting with new ways to use gluten-free ingredients.
I sometimes feel a bit stuck in a rut when it comes to my gluten free diet as it seems that I am churning out the same foods over and over again. This gets EXTREMELY boring, so in order to keep feeling happy and healthy, it’s important to try out new things. As it’s a new year, I’m trying the ‘out with the old and in with the new’ approach.
