With mothers day fast approaching, I wanted to make a special clementine and pomegranate cake!
Now I have heard quite a few frankly irritating statements and questions about Coeliac Disease over the years. I can’t believe…
I was lucky enough to receive a cake in a tin last week from a company called Chacon Cakes, who are based in South West London. All cakes are made in a completely gluten free environment and the company specialises in making beautiful mini cakes, that you can create yourself too. I chose to have a chocolate cake base, with the first filling of vanilla cream and the second filling with chocolate ganache. The topping was white chocolate.
I haven't put up a fish dish in a while so thought it would be nice to make a yummy fish pie to warm the cockles of your heart!
This month, I have had some requests for some vegetarian Greek recipes. So I thought I would grab some aubergines and do some baking and stuffing with my own twist of course!
We've had some pretty chilly days recently, so I decided that a chicken casserole dish was needed for the blog. If you have vegetables in the fridge that you need to use up, this casserole will definitely keep you warm and fill you up.
