What a gluten free girl eats in a day

For this post I wanted to share my food intake for a day, as well as my snacks for when I get the munchies!

Greek Salad

Breakfast:

I love eggs. Soft boiled, scrambled, hard boiled, poached…you name it I will eat it! Sometimes I have scrambled egg with smoked salmon. If I make a soft boiled egg, it is usually accompanied with gluten free toast with jam or marmalade.

Free From cornflakes with full fat milk (some people may want to use almond milk or dairy free milk)

Smoothie: Banana, raspberry, blueberry and kiwi

Lunch:

Tuna, pasta mixed with single cream and sweetcorn with a Greek salad

Dinner:

Pork chop with peas, asparagus and mashed potato

Snacks:

banana, orange, apple, blueberries, raspberries

Greek style live yoghurt

Mixed fruit and nuts

Natures store chocolate rice cakes

Dessert:
