It’s cocktail time! This weekend I decided to try out a few basic cocktails with a blender. Cue some funky music and voila! They are quick and easy to make, and of course gluten free!
To make a Strawberry Daiquiri you will need:
30 ml white rum
4 fresh strawberries
2 teaspoons white sugar
35ml/1½fl oz white rum
25ml/1fl oz lime juice
Add all the ingredients to the blender and blitz.
Garnish with a strawberry or another fruit
To make a basic Pina Colada you will need:
2 oz. (60 ml) white rum
1 oz. (30 ml) coconut cream
3 oz. (90 ml) pineapple juice
Add all the ingredients to the blender and blitz!
Garnish-typically with a pineapple slice but do whatever you like!
